Country Manor Campus in Sartell, MN, first opened its doors over 50 years ago as a modest 64-bed nursing facility. Since then, Country Manor has transformed into multiple campuses, spanning over 160 acres, boasting a senior housing and health care community unlike any other in Central Minnesota.

Our Sartell campus includes: private suites, state-of-the-art wellness center including 4 separate therapy gyms, HydroWorx warm water therapy pool, unique therapies like pet, music and massage therapy. Individualized activity and entertainment programming, 3 full-service salon & spas, store, pharmacy, multiple "quick food" options, full-service restaurant and bar, clinic, child care, transportation services, and a 7,000-square-foot Chapel. Country Manor also features beautifully groomed grounds with various gathering areas like the barbeque terrace, sundeck, duck pond, and a secured 1.25-acre court yard.
